2019 Ready

Almost 20 days in to the New Year, and you should already be (or close to) putting your goals and plans in motion. 2018 was non-stop for me, intentionally. I launched a new business, parent company to Lafayette Media, Lafayette Creative Group, Inc., and I had to promote every month (weekly, sometimes daily) through email or social media. The great thing about that is, I have the background, ambition, motivation and qualifications to promote, market and brand Lafayette Creative Group. However, it would have been much better for me, if I could have hired an expert or agency to manage that part of the business on my behalf.

If you do not have the budget to hire a freelance publicist or PR agency, the most beneficial actions you can take are research (never ending), reading books, listening to a few audio books, attending networking events and workshops, or viewing online webinars and classes. It sounds like a lot, and it is, but with a plan (putting daily / weekly / monthly goals on calendar...don't forget to add the alerts/reminders!), some patience and determination, you can make it enjoyable AND make it work for you (your schedule and lifestyle). ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
